Items in the online store are typically in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days. If your item is not in stock you will receive an email after you place your order with a lead time for your order.
2.) Can I order online store items directly from a representative or with a Purchase Order?
For direct or PO purchases, Mo-Sci has a $1000 minimum order with a $250 line item minimum. POs that do not meet the MOQ will not be accepted and you will need to order the item through the online store.
The online store has it's own pre-packaged inventory. Items purchased via PO are pulled from a different inventory and will be made to order and packaged after orders are placed. The lead times may differ.
3.) Will I receive a QA Certificate.
Yes, a general QA Certificate will be shipped with your online store items along with a Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Please note that the QA Certificates that accompany the online store items will not be customized and may have limited information.
4.) Can I customize my online orders?
Items offered in the online store cannot be customized or changed.
5.) Can I return my online order?
All sales are final and returns are not accepted. Please ensure what you order the correct items before completing the checkout process.
